  Passable.

  Location

  No doona/ quilt on our bed Was freezing None in cupboards either Single bed had a quilt though We had a thin nylon blanket that kept slipping off bed Given it’s winter time where was the warmer bedding!! Front door lock very stiff- on return later same day we could not access the door to get in Needed to visit someone nearby who lived there and borrow crc spay to lubricate lock So we could enter unit again Sent emails to LJ hooker agent to notify and no response Would not recommend going through agent either

  Unsatisfactory for the Price.

  Hot Shower, the bedroom was on western side of apartment bed was ok .

  On arrival the place stunk of chemical spray it had been fumitgated 2 Days before our arrival so you could understand that no one had clean the unit before we arrived either, also the reminders about clean the BBQ before we leave ,or you loose your bond I had to clean it before I could cook on it also the mat outside the door at the BBQ was full of sand.i would like to attach photos

  The location was excellent, 2 minute walk to beaches, the pool at the property was a fantastic addition to our stay and was very well used by us.

  The entry lock at the door was extremely stiff and very difficult to use - recommend either getting locksmith to repair it or replacing the lock . The wi-fi at the property was very patchy - I would go so far as to say that it didnt work. So, misleading to advertise a property as having wi-fi when in reality it doesnt. We tried to reset the modem as instructed, wifi would come on for 5 mins and then disconnect. We both needed wifi and so that was pretty annoying not to have it available as advertised.
