구축이라 오래된 감은 있지만 전반적으로 깔끔합니다. 세탁기.건조기등이 있어서 비치된 수건등을 빨아서 쓸 수 있기 좋았고 아파트내 매주 수요 먹거리 장터가 열리는 것도 좋았습니다. 교통편리
배게 커버가 좀 오래된 듯 누런 색이라 쪼끔 신경 쓰였던거 소파가 좀 오래된듯 높낮이 안 맞고 쿠션아래가 조금 지저분했던 거 외엔 크게 아쉬운 점은 없음
