They have been very challenging to deal with and do not care about the customer.

Room was fine when eventually we were able to gain access. We were promised that someone would be there to check ID and only when that had happened would we be given the check in details. Even though we were promised it would 'go smoothly no one was there and my friends had to drive all the way home. I have asked for a refund and they have refused despite it being their fault. In actual fact the room was ok when we accessed it the following day

Access is impossible. Do not trust them if they say someone is on duty at night. No one was there and so far they have refused to give a refund.
