    La restauration, la vatiete et la propreté des plats.. Le bon accueuil. La gentillesse de la dame qui fait les crepes.

    Le confort, la chambre et les couloirs font pense a hotel 3 etoiles. La plage trop excentre en passant par un lac pas propre. Les animations du soir pas concu pour les enfants car nudité des danseuses. Leau trop froide de la piscine rendent presque impossible lusage d laquaparc en fin octobre.

    Ich habe bereits eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. In unserem Zimmer, der Villa, war das WC undicht. Es hat wohl über längere Zeit etwas Flüssigkeit verloren, sodass der Boden von Urin und anderen Fäkalien vergilbt war. Das Badezimmer hat extrem gestunken. Wir haben uns beschwert und es wurde versucht, sauber zu machen, aber das hat nichts gebracht. Die Fliesen müssen ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, wie ein Hotel familienfreundlich sein kann, wenn überall offene Kabelkanäle und ganze Stromkabel mit freiliegenden Kupferdrähten herumliegen.
