A very dirty place with a poor, AI-based communication. The most upsetting stay in a long time.
The apartment was a big upset of my trip to Bari. The bathroom was dirty, with bugs on the floor, dead and alive. The floor was sticky and full of hair. There was a thick layer of dust on most of the surfaces. The coffee machine was dirty - the water compartment was slimy and the coffee capsules compartment was full of empty capsules of previous guests. Only the towels and sheets were fresh, the rest of the apartment looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for several weeks. The location was central, in a nice area of the old town, though it’s been noisy until late - the apartment is on the ground floor and it is separated from the street by a glass wall. The communication was poor - the guests are expected to talk to an AI chatbot which rejects complaints.

Гарне розташування, в самому центрі старого міста. Але дуже погана шумоізоляція в квартирі. Тож, якщо ви не любите шум,
Ідеальне розташування. В самому центрі старого міста. Але це і плюс і мінус водночас, так як шумоізоляція в квартирі дуже погана. Доволі затишна квартира, майже з усім необхідним. Зручне ліжко, чистий санвузол . Є невелика кухня
Прямо під дверима апартаментів знаходиться кафе, столики якого стоять менше ніж за метр до дверей апартаментів. І дуже погана шумоізоляція. Хоча в правилах проживання пишеться, що шуміти не можна з 22:00, з вулиці такий шум, що раніше 1 години ночі заснути вам точно не вдасться . Не вистачає пральної машини .

Adado was very helpful and kind during our stay.
Property was at great location in the center of the old town near to all the restaurants and shops. Apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. Pizza place in front of the apt was delicious.

Romantic trip in a wonderful apartment
