Superb Value, Fabulous Host - Highly Recommended!

Excellent value - £69 B&B compared to £120 at the Holiday Inn Derby, only 10 minutes' drive away. Easy booking with no upfront payment and free cancellation. Very helpful 2pm check-in. Sharon was fantastic - she talked us through the key safe and stayed on the phone until we were settled in the room. Room was huge, spotlessly clean and quiet, with a large en-suite, comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities and plenty of sockets. Great night's sleep and a phenomenal cooked breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Very little. Room was a tad cold on arrival as radiator wouldn't turn up - a small electric heater would be useful. Parking is a bit tight on the street, with people parking across spaces. Take a smaller car if you have one.

    Great little stay in Derby!

Fantastic little stay if you're visiting Derby. Really great value and a lovely family run B&B. The hosts are so lovely. Breakfast is great and there is even a vegan/veggie option if needed. Fantastic value and will definitely stay again!
