Nicely appointed apartment in central location, clean, functional, and cozy. Professional owners.
Nicely appointed and centrally located apartment. Comfortable bed, quiet, spacious. We slept well. Alessandra and Ricardo took great care to create a pleasant environment and they were professional and accommodating. A very good value, next to a small canal, and cozy.
shower was small and electrical went out in bedroom light and fixture in bathroom. Wish there had been more natural light, but it was a peaceful refuge against the heat. Plenty of bright lighting in the apartment-- one suggestion might be to install 2 dimmers in the bedroom and main sitting area.

Not hospitable and extremely rude owner, avoid the flat
From the start The owner was extremely non flexible and rude I booked the accommodation for myself, my wife and four years old son and immediately informed the owner that our flight lands with my 4 years old son and wife at midnight. I believe it is normal that if you are coming from another country, in hospitality industry, it is normal to reach out of hours. You also should not feel that the owner does not care about the safety and welfare of your family and ask you to stay in the street overnight!!! With a child and not to be prepared to open let you in the accommodation!
I am a doctor and have spent lots of my life looking after people days and night I begged the host that I can not stay with my four years old son in the street overnight and wether they can open the door after the midnight Instead of receiving sympathy, after the first message, the host responded that they can not do anything and basically they do not care if we stay in the street overnight!!! After the first two messages they did not respond to my messages and insisted they intimidated me that if I don’t come to the flat between 3-7 pm only they will take my money!!!! The whole issue is fraudulent and I am chasing this case legally

La Communication avec Alessandra et Elena étaient parfaite et fluide. L'accueil de Elena était super ! Et même si l'entrée est située dans une petite rue étroite, l'emplacement est idéal, à 5 min à pied de tout👍! L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et il était très propre🤩! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix✨!

Me gustó todo, confortable, tranquilo, ubicación. Los anfitriones nos proporcionaron toda info necesaria para sentirte ubicado. Para los que amamos la Venezia auténtica alojarse en Mascherone es sentir entre sus muros el pasado. Nos hemos sentido muy felices.
