The property does not accept children under 13 years of age. Please inform the property of the number of male guests, female guests and the number of children that will be staying in advance. Please contact the property once you reserve your flight or ferry ticket to the island. As island access is restricted, it is strongly advised that guests organize their transportation in advance. Pick-up service to the airport, ferry terminal and Motomachi areas are provided free of charge. Guests must call the property at least a day in advance to make use of the service. Reservation may be canceled in case of a typhoon, or if access to the island is restricted due to bad weather conditions. Cancelation charges will not apply. However, cancelation fees will be charged accordingly in other circumstances, for example if guests are personally concerned of the weather (while transport facilities are still active). In case evacuation orders are made due to the eminence of a typhoon, guests will be asked to evacuate the property with the property manager.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
