    A very special place

    The entire experience excellent. It is a long journey to the hotel but completely worth it. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much. Our guides were courteous, helpful and very engaging. As were the staff in the restaurant. A experience not to be forgotten.

    Would go back there in a heartbeat

    Loved absolutely everything about Mashpi Lodge. From the moment they picked me up in Quito to the time I was dropped off, I felt genuinely cared for and completely looked after. What really stood out was how seamless and personalized the whole experience felt. There are so many guided activities and nature experiences (hikes, wildlife viewing, canopy adventures, and more), and everything was incredibly well organized and thoughtfully coordinated. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making your stay unforgettable. Mashpi isn’t just a hotel; it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    I can not think of anything that needs improvement.

    Wow in every way !

    Food was outstanding, staff were excellent as were the guides. Great activities and wonderful place.Lovely spa .

    Rooms a bit small especially bathroom
