    We left unwashed and felt cheated. My worst hotel stay ever

    The daughter of the manager was friendly and the beds were ok, but I didn't like the pillow.

    There was no water in the bathroom during our stay. We were unable to shower or wash or use the toilet. We had just come from hiking and needed a shower. Other guests complained of the same problem, which had been occurring for a few days. They gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was very basic, not the "good breakfast" they advertise. They also accused me of not paying later in an email, when I had definitely given them my bank card to charge the booking as soon as I arrived. Their incompetence is not my fault. When I saw no charge in my account, I believed it was to compensate for the disastrous stay. I tried to call them several times and got no reply.
