    Completely unusable property. Was not able to stay in the property.

    I didn’t stay in this property because the power was not working. All sockets in the room were broken and the lights were flickering. The temperature was almost zero degrees on that day in South Africa.The apartment was freezing and the owner refused to assist and was rude to us. We arrived at 9:30 pm. I was traveling with my husband and a sick child and the owner was expecting us to stay in a freezing room till they could find an Electrician until midnight. As of now despite having to find alternative accommodation on the same property and pay for it., this owner is still refusing to refund our money.
