    Sehr schöne Villa in einem Olivenhain!

    Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und sehr großräumig im Außenbereich. 2 große Schlafzimmer und mehrere Einzelbetten verteilt auf mehrere Räume mit insgesamt 5 Badezimmern. Große gut ausgestattete Küche und großes Esszimmer im Innenbereich.

    Lage etwas außerhalb an einer Verbindungsstraße nach Monopoli, dadurch teilweise auch etwas laut durch den Verkehr. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoß mit 2 Einzelbetten hat eine geringere Raumhöhe, für größere Personen daher nur bedingt geeignet.
