An enjoyable stay for four people at an impressive base to tour the region.
The property is very expansive with a lovely big swimming pool but you definitely require a car to get around. There is no visible sign of public transport. The main restaurants appear to be in Monopoli which is about 10 km away. Our party of four had a very enjoyable one week stay at the complex which we used as our base to travel to Matera, Alberobello and other nearby attractions. We also ate at ‘home’ most nights which was very pleasant sitting outside on the delightful terrace near the pool. WIFI was great.
The main issues relate to proximity and ease of access to places to eat, the broken air conditioner in one bedroom and a few other matters such as no tea towels, little hot water in the kitchen and a few plumbing matters that were addressed during our stay. Overall Maurizio did attempt to fix the problems we raised.

Simply wonderful.
First we loved the area. The property is in the middle of olive groves. It’s a very large place. It’s private, very tranquil with a beautiful swimming pool. Maurizio is extremely nice and we can’t wait to visit again. 10 out of 10.
That we had to leave. 🥲
