  Extremely disappointing – we left after just one night despite having booked four.

  The pool and the outdoor surroundings were pleasant.

  Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, and we left after only one night despite having booked four. The biggest problem was the extreme heat inside the apartment. The portable air-conditioning unit was simply not sufficient to make the room comfortable, and the window was covered for privacy, making proper ventilation difficult. For us, the apartment was unbearably hot and very difficult to sleep in. The apartment was also very dark. We experienced noise from directly outside the accommodation as well as a barking dog. We found cobwebs and ants inside, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the fridge was heavily iced up. Wi-Fi was another major problem. We were not given access when we arrived. I had to ask several times and only received the access details several hours later. Even after receiving them, we could not get a usable Wi-Fi connection inside the apartment or in the nearby common areas; we were only able to connect around the pool. This was particularly problematic because the property is in a remote location where we had very limited mobile phone reception, making a reliable Wi-Fi connection especially important. We also needed internet access for work, so being unable to connect properly from the apartment was a significant issue for us. Unfortunately, our host, Francesca, was not available when we needed assistance, which meant we were unable to properly communicate with her and try to resolve these issues in real time. After the first night, we decided that we could not comfortably continue our stay and left, even though we had booked and paid for four nights. We then had to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation. Despite leaving after just one night, we were not offered a refund for the three nights we did not use. The pool and outdoor surroundings were pleasant, but unfortunately that could not compensate for the problems we experienced with the apartment itself.

  Tramonti salentini...che curano l'anima..

  La tranquillità del luogo, la piscina immersa nel verde, dalla quale si contemplano tramonti da favola...

  Die Location ist etwas abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig und sehr schön. Insgesamt ist es da ziemlich rustikal, der Pool ist toll und sauber! Die Gartenanlage könnte gepflegter sein. Das Zimmer ist aussergewöhnlich, speziell, etwas besonderes. Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett sind leider nicht komfortabel, aber ok, der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus is empfehlenswert!

  Im Grossen und Ganzen ein toller Ort der sich speziell auch für Gruppen eignet.
