    Wonderful Italian countryside stay

    Absolutely loved this property. The owners Emilio, Giulia and their son were so wonderful, friendly, and warm. We came here with our 4 month old and it was our first time traveling overseas with her. They made us feel so at ease and helped make our stay great. Emilio also provided us with excellent restaurant suggestions which we really appreciated! Our daughter also absolutely loved him!

    Strict with check out time! I understand that because they have many guests, but things sadly sometimes get delayed with a small baby! Not a big deal though and in the end they were very gracious and totally understood we were doing our best to leave on time!

    Een plek die uitnodigt om naar terug te keren.

    De persoonlijke aankleding van de Masseria en de weelderige tuin Wij hebben zes heerlijke nachten doorgebracht in Masseria Verbena en kijken terug op een geweldige vakantie. Vanaf het allereerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom dankzij de warme, oprechte gastvrijheid van de eigenaren Emilio en Giulia en hun zoon Roby. Er hangt een ontspannen, gemoedelijke sfeer waarin je je direct thuis voelt, met precies de juiste balans tussen persoonlijke aandacht en volop rust en privacy. De kamers zijn tot in de puntjes verzorgd en brandschoon. Elke ochtend begon fantastisch met een uitgebreid, vers ontbijt vol lokale lekkernijen – echt genieten om de dag zo te kunnen starten. Ook de Masseria zelf is prachtien en super sfeervol ingericht. Het omliggende landschap zijn prachtig. Het zwembad is heerlijk om na een dag streek verkennen even helemaal tot rust te komen met een goed boek of heerlijke duik. Ligplaatsen genoeg. De ligging is ideaal: lekker rustig gelegen in een schitterende omgeving, maar toch een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de mooiste plekjes in de buurt te ontdekken. Wij hebben volop genoten van deze oase van rust en komen hier in de toekomst heel graag nog eens terug!

    Fantastic hosts in a gorgeous setting

    If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful location, then this is your place. Our hosts Roberto, Emilio and Julia couldn’t have been more hospitable. Masseria Verbena is like a home from home, topped off with a fantastic homemade breakfast made by the lovely Paola. Thank you all for a wonderful stay
