    I loved Palermo. Great experience.

    Everything it was lovely. Close to all sites. Staff were very helpful.

    Good location and helpful staff.

    Great central location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room.

    They like to serve you breakfast in your room and they ask you to order the night before. Breakfast was ok but prefer a buffet breakfast. The entrance is not the most attractive!

    Nice hotel in a good location.

    Great location, very central and easy walk to all the sights. Lovely helpful staff. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable, we had a balcony room facing the Teatro Massimo but trees block the view. Breakfast was lovely and staff accommodated our request for yoghurt and granola.

    The shower was small and low pressure.
