Uncomfortable cheap mattresses but otherwise good
Very spacious and very clean. There were toiletries and cleaning things including dishwasher tablets.
The mattresses were all awful. The springs were noisy when you sat on the bed and I could feel all the metal digging into me in several places when I lay down, it was the same for everyone apart from one of the single beds where the mattress was like lumpy cushions and on a slope. Even when I was a student in a rented flat the mattresses were better. This is not a great area to try to save money as a landlord as we all slept badly. I really wouldn’t recommend this property if you want a decent sleep.

Overall pleasant but some improvements to be made.
Great location for exploring the local area. Great communication from the hosts. The property is really spacious which was great for family and young children.
The property had lots of cobwebs and wasn’t clean in certain areas. The spare fridge has lots of mould in the bottom tray which wasn’t nice to see. The iron stairs were extremely wobbly and unsafe for our young children and elderly mother. It would have been nice to if known this in advance.

Big house but basic great for family getaways
Great size house and lounge was fantastic. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price for you get. Suited out family of 7 perfectly.
It’s wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of dust. Could do with a good clean as we found old beer box cartons behind washing machine. Kitchen was reasonable equipped but could do with larger pans and trays as it sleeps so many. Please bear in mind that the courtyard is shared and country views are only from the upstairs bedrooms. Not as rural as you might expect.
