Great location in Graça, but spoiled by late check-in and broken AC with no timely help.
Great location and view.
Requested check-in between 5-6pm but no one arrived until ~7pm, leaving us waiting after a long travel day. The air conditioning stopped working properly shortly after check-in. The apartment got uncomfortably hot, and despite messaging the host and attempting troubleshooting, no one came to fix it. This made sleeping difficult in the summer heat.

Great views and loved the location
Apartment as advertised and shown in photos. Good location, although out of centre, is within 20 minute walk/tram to most city attractions. Supermarket and other shops within minutes. Tram at end of street to go to city centre. Comfortable, clean and great views. Great responsiveness by friendly host when we had a small maintenance issue. Clear and timely communication with host before and during stay-we felt supported.
