  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Na parterze mini market i pizzeria. Trochę dalej kawiarnia. Tylko 200m do metra. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Okazało się, że w dniu naszego wyjazdu następna rezerwacja zaczynała się o późnej godzinie, więc gospodarz pozwolił nam zamiast o 10.00 opuścić mieszkanie o 11.30 :)

  The location is great, comfortable, and very close to the metro. There is a shop right below the apartment with everything you need. The neighborhood is pleasant, lively, and has several good places to eat near the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay Communication with Vittorio was excellent, both via WhatsApp and through Booking messages. He responds quickly through both WhatsApp and Booking, and provides clear, detailed, and easy-to-follow instructions. He also shared useful information about the city, including recommendations for places to visit and good local restaurants. He even left a video game console for guests to enjoy, a thoughtful touch that the children greatly appreciated.

  We stayed in Apartment 1. The living room/kitchen area felt a bit small with the bed opened up, and there didn’t seem to be a way (or at least we didn’t try) to fold the sofa bed away to create more space. If you’re a group of four and mainly use the apartment as a base while spending most of your time out exploring the city, it’s perfectly fine. However, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment, it can feel a little cramped. The apartment was clean, although there were a few spots, such as under the kitchen units, that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Some of the decorative items felt unnecessary for a rental property. For example, there were a few plant pots with dried-out plants or just soil and old stems left in them. Small detail, but it gave the apartment a slightly neglected look. I would suggest removing them. We are quite sensitive to strong smells, and there was a noticeable air freshener scent in the kitchen that we found a bit overpowering.

  Good apartment with a nice balcony, location ideal with metro station a few minutes away. Vittorio is a wonderful host and helpful in all situations and sends recommendations of restaurants etc. in Naples. The apartment has airconditioning and a good kitchen and it was clean. I would recommend this apartment!

  The bathroom had some problems but they were taken care of during our stay.

  Wunderbare Silvesterzeit in Neapel und im tollen Materdei

  Ganz tolle Wohnung im Centrum, Umgebung ruhig und sicher. Alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, sowohl Geschäfte als auch Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles was man braucht ist da.
