The air condition was leaking water in our roomon the carpet

Hotel typically has very few guests. 2 to maybe 6 vehicles, except opening week of South Texas Dove Hunting. To us, it is a bed and a roof over us. Not a lot of choices in this area.

We booked a suite the couch was non seat able it was in bad shape not clean had a horrible smell

Older hotel needs some work which is happening. They had a lot of renovation materials everywhere and we were told they were becoming an IHG. The rooms were clean though, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again
