The location and the history of the building make this hotel truly special. What made our stay even more memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Turgay. He is a genuine gentleman—warm, respectful, and incredibly attentive. From welcoming us at breakfast to personally seeing us off to our car at the time of checkout, Mr. Turgay made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention left us with a wonderful impression and made our experience at the hotel feel especially warm and welcoming. Overpriced.
The location was central. Walkable to most sites in town. Good hotel breakfast.
The staff members were extremely unfriendly. The cleaning staff was extremely pushy, and essentially kicked me out of the room so that they could clean my room in the morning. The doormen rarely greeted you at the entrance. The front desk staff could care less about complaints regarding the facilities. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this stay.
