too big, not easy access for elderly people, expected the restaurant to be quieter to eat dinner with relaxation that would be nice to have location to hang bath towel in the public bath cause from exit of public bath to the area to change clothes was a little bit too far, did it exist wifi?

全館海側なので朝日🌅がどの部屋からも見えまた食事が美味しかった
朝食後もう一度お風呂に入りたかったが清掃中だった

This was a lovely place at one time.
Our private onsen room was perfect. It was very modern, with indoor and outdoor sitting space. The food was above anything you can imagine. Everything was prepared for you specifically even though they called it buffet style. The staff was very good and they cleaned public areas all the time.
The outdoor facilities were not useable. The ponds were covered in algae. The main lounge area had lots of seating but was so old and used it was uncomfortable. Breakfast started at 7:30 and we had to leave at that time to catch a train. They were unable to even put a couple of croissants in a bag for us to take with.
