De accommodatie was echt geweldig. De locatie was adembenemend. Het is even omhoog rijden, maar de ligging is in principe perfect. Daarnaast was het appartement netjes en schoon. Vergeet ook zeker geen wandeling naar boven te maken en de berg te verkennen, want dit was echt een van onze mooiste wandelingen ooit! Oh en ga ook zeker naar de andere kant van de berg. Restaurant Moosalp was ook geweldig.

Beautiful mountain location with stunning views, great hiking, and easy access to Zermatt.
An amazing location in the beautiful hanging village of Embd, with stunning views right from our bed. The lodge is very well equipped and has a great coffee machine. We loved the beautiful hiking trails right outside the door and the charming, open-air rustic cable car up to Schalb. Being able to reach Zermatt by cable car and train without driving was another big plus.
We are late sleepers, so the church bells at 6:00 a.m. were a real drawback. They are incredibly loud, and the first morning call lasts quite a long time. Worth keeping in mind if you enjoy sleeping in.

Magnificent apartment. A large bedroom with a walk-in closet. Each bedroom features a large TV, a selection of movies, and a Wii console. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including spices. We were also provided with an excellent breakfast—toast with an assortment of jams, honey, Nutella, and chocolate. You can also purchase additional food or drinks at reasonable prices if required. The private terrace deserves a special mention—it is simply amazing. You access the terrace via a small bridge leading from the balcony. In the evening, pleasant, warm lighting creates a special atmosphere. During the day, a small waterfall runs, powered by solar energy. There is a large table and a gas grill; the host kindly installed a new gas cylinder. Two comfortable sun loungers offer an indescribable view of the mountains. I will definitely be back.
