    Deludente, tutto sommato.

    Posizione ottimale nei pressi del lago. Appartamento ben fornito di quasi tutto ciò che è dichiarato. La posizione dell'appartamento garantisce una temperatura accettabile anche durante periodi di caldo.

    Durante il soggiorno c'erano dei lavori in corso all'edificio, quindi la quiete che ci si aspetta da una struttura per ristoro è stata completamente assente. Le pareti sono troppo sottili, il minimo movimento negli altri appartamenti viene percepito in maniera importante. Il condizionatore è presente, ma è un modello vecchio di un'unità mobile che bisogna montare personalmente ed è veramente sporco.

    В оголошенні не було вказано що ведеться ремонт фасади, вікно не можна було відкрити бо багато пилюки і зранку будівники починали працю о 7:30-8:00

    Immeuble en travaux. Pas insonorisé et sale en dessous du lit

    Le confort du lit

    Prix beaucoup trop cher pour un immeuble en travaux avec du bruit tôt le matin et la journée. C est absolument dégoûtant sous le lit. Un immeuble où on entend tout avec le simple vitrage et à travers la porte

    Lägenheten var ok men vi blev mycket besvikna på kaoset runt byggnaden stor renovering som störde oss på ett sätt som vi inte var beredda på. Vi kunde inte utnyttja den fina innergården som var belamrad med byggmaterial, cement och skräp. Enligt bilderna skulle det ha gått att användas som en fin plats för bla a frukost och ett glas vin på kvällstid. Nu gick det inte att vistas där överhuvudtaget. Även utsikten från fönstren skymdes av byggnadsställningarna och byggplatsen så att det kändes som en bunker när vi vistades där på dagtid mörkt och tråkigt.

    Se svaret ovan. Allt på utsidan om lägenheten var dåligt som det blir när en fasad ska renoveras. Hade vi vetat om det så hade vi definitivt valt bort detta boende.
