The apartment has some positives. The host, however is uncompromising!
The apartment is light and airy. It is well positioned for access to public transport (buses & trams). There's a nice little bakery and restaurant in the vicinity.
The kitchen has a kettle, but lacks a toaster. It's an apartment but there is no washing machine, although there is plumbing in the bathroom where a washing machine may have been at some stage. The shower is a bit tricky; on a positive note the temperature & pressure of the water is excellent. However, the shower itself is designed as a hand held cleaning extension device fixed above a bath with a shower curtain. The height cannot be adjusted and for a 178cm person the water jets will hit you in the chest and upper stomach area. As mentioned the water pressure is good, so the shower curtain needs to be extended the full length of the bath and be inside the bath otherwise the bathroom floor will flood quickly! However, there is a lip at the door to stop water escaping into the hallway and a mop & bucket is provided to mop up stray water and clean the floor at the same time!

Apart of parking a very nice stay
The Property Manager Barbi is very friendly and helpful and always available. The first night we got a room on the 2nd floor without a laundry machine, also in the bath tub the browser could not be hanged on the wall. Then Barbi arranged for us to move for the rest of our 9 days stay to a room on the 4th floor which had all we missed before. Also the room was much more quiet from late night street noise. The room was bright and spacy overlooking the trees of the adjacent park and had a nice kitchen.
Parking was a mess! There are obviously always people who sneak in (even without a remote control for the entrance door) and take your designated lot or even park their cars in non designated areas which then requires time consuming maneuvering to get out. This inspite of video surveillance.

Netjes en schoon. Ruim appartement. alles aanwezig. Dichtbij tram en metro. Dichtbij supermarkt.
Het bed was erg klein en heel hard.
