Overall, it was great location was outstanding, and the house was very comfortable
The location was great. It was right next to the train station and the water Taxi.
The only thing we didn’t like or the steps, but they can’t help that. Also, please know that the extra bedroom is one more floor up and there is no bathroom upstairs.

The location is excellent. We couldn't believe how close the apartment is to the train station. It is an apartment with great potential. Despite its central location, you don't hear street noise. It is spacious and offers plenty of sleeping arrangements. For those interested—the apartment uses a physical key, and a key for the building entrance is also available.
Even though we knew it beforehand, hauling an entire family's suitcases up to the third floor was a real nightmare. We arrived at the apartment late at night, exhausted from carrying the luggage, and then struggled for a long time to open the key box. The instructions we received were incomplete; beyond entering the code and pressing a button, there was a specific way to open the box itself—something that hadn't been mentioned. Once inside, we discovered a pipe in one of the rooms that was making a deafening noise. We had been told a plumber would come the next day; the noise eventually stopped on its own, but as far as I know, the plumber never showed up. Later, we wanted to do some laundry for the coming days, but the washing machine didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was very weak; while it was manageable in one of the showers, in the other, it made bathing nearly impossible. Additionally, one of the glass shower panels had slipped off its track and looked like it was about to fall and shatter at any moment. The pipe fitting was also broken. The bathroom door key was stiff and hard to turn; the young child got stuck inside for several minutes, struggling to open the door. We reported the issues in the morning and were told a maintenance worker would arrive that evening. We explained that this wouldn't be very helpful, as we wouldn't have time to do the laundry before we needed to pack. We hoped they would offer to send the worker earlier, but we received no reply; it seems he never showed up at all, forcing me to hand-wash loads of laundry late into the night. I wrote asking why the machine hadn't been fixed, but I never received an answer.

Close washer didn't work. No email response regarding the clothes washer. One air conditioner didn't work and they put in a portable one. That was not installed with exhaust air. Hairdryer didn't work. Ice cube tray was broken.
