    - أثاث يبدو جديداً - أدوات مطبخ متكاملة - تم اعادة مبلغ الوديعة مباشرة بعد تسجيل الخروج

    - تم الدخول على غرفة النوم بدون علمي من قبل الموظفين وإجراء صيانة غير ضرورية وتواصلت مع المضيف وطلبت أن لايتم الدخول أثناء اوقات خروجي أو أن يتم اعلامي على الأقل ولم يتم الرد علي وتفاجأت بتكرار نفس الأمر اليوم التالي.

    Die inkludierte MAX-Summercard war das Highlight!

    Die Lage war super, gleich unterhalb der Gondel; Empfang und Check-In freundlich und simpel; Sauna war richtig toll für den Tagesausklang; Ruhe und Privatsphäre waren sehr gut. Die Max-Summercard war ein absolutes Highlight! Es war richtig toll, was man alles damit unternehmen konnte.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche war teils unzureichend, es haben einige wichtige Dinge gefehlt - wie z.B. eine Schere; auch Liegen bei der Sauna haben gefehlt. Teilweise war es leider nicht ganz sauber - Staub in den Ecken; Wasserschaden an der einen Wand aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit; Müllraum sehr überfüllt und durcheinander.
