    recommended for the price and location

    location in the prime bukit bintang, near 2 malls Pavilion and TRX, clean, fairly new unit, the instructions to get the keys etc was very clear, fast response.

    Lokasinya dekat dengan Bukit Bintang dan TRX. Bangunan baru dan cukup selesa.

    Saya dah banyak kali menyewa di Agile Residence, tapi dengan pemilik yang berbeza. Cuma Maxhome yang tidak menyediakan Free Parking Lot walaupun kadar sewanya sedikit tinggi dari yang lain. Pengurusnya juga agak strick. Lift dan ruang depan lift tiada aircond. Trafik lift juga sangat sibuk dan makan masa yang lama untuk sampai atas sehingga berpeluh basah.

    The WORST Stay in our Staycation experience

    The only objective positive thing is the admin is responsive

    1) Host requested for a snap picture of IC which illegal & unlawfull..we can complaint to Kementerian Dalam Negeri ( KDN ) / Police for this irresponsible conduct which makes our IC security compromised 2) No complimentary parking which is ridiculous 3) No self check in - we have to wait 35 minutes upon arrival just to get the access card to enter the room 4) Property & facilities is dirty , worn down with trace of poor maintenance at the pool area 5) The WORST are the Lifts - there are only 1 - 2 working small size lifts catering 50 stories & hundreds of units..lifts are always full & we have to take the stairs from our level 39th floor to Ground floor to check out after waiting 1 hour for the lift which are always full..what an experience! 6) Waiting area & lift not equipped with AC & very poor ventilation..you will sweat a lot + feel like suffocating while I'm the lift / waiting area due to poor ventilation of air 7) The WORST AirBnB / HomeStay we have ever stayed!.Never in my life I would imagine going down the stairs from 39th floor to Ground level due to the "no brainer" Lift system which are always full, dirty & suffocating 8) Avoid at all cost & don't make the same mistake that we made..
