Margarita was kind and well-intentioned, always responding to our messages and trying to help when problems arose. We appreciated her hospitality and thoughtful little gestures. The location is also a great advantage, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Corfu.
The property is an old holiday cottage that requires significant renovation and better maintenance, especially in the bathroom. We experienced plumbing problems, including a leaking boiler safety valve that caused water to spill onto the floor. The kitchenette is extremely small, with very limited workspace, making it difficult to prepare even a simple meal. Overall, the condition and functionality of the property did not meet our expectations for the price.

Είναι πολύ ωραίο ειδικά για οικογένεια με παιδιά! Έχει μια πολύ ωραία περιποιημένη αυλή με την πισίνα, τραμπολίνο και ένα μικρό γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ συνεννοημένοι και ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε απαντούσαν άμεσα!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή κοντά στην παραλία Χαλικουνα, οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενικοι και είχε ωραίο εξωτερικό χώρο με πισίνα.
Δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από την καθαριότητα. Η ντουζιέρα δεν είχε καθαριστεί από τους προηγουμενους όταν μπήκαμε. Οι πόρτες ετριζαν πολύ και γενικά η ποιότητα του καταλυματος δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στην τιμή. Στην περιγραφή επίσης έλεγε ότι έχει πλυντήριο ενώ δεν είχε.

Maxim Wooden Holiday is truly the perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea whenever you like while still having a calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The house itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the very first day, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the accommodation. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He takes great care of the garden and the pool. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful and convenient location, and also dog friendly. 🤗
