  I booked a room at this hotel because last time I stayed there, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Both was still true this time.

  After I paid for the room at the check-in, the employee at the desk handed me a form and told me she "needed" two signatures from me. On the form there was a data protection waiver when joining some kind of club and a permission for the hotel to withdraw money from my bank account if necessary. I told her that I had just paid in advance for my whole stay and that I also didn't intend to join a club. Only after insisting a second time that I wouldn't sign anything on this form, she reluctantly accepted. Upon entering my room, I discovered several long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink. Then I stepped on a hard piece of transparent plastic, probably a piece of packaging from some toiletry. So I went to the desk again and politely informed the woman there that my bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. She replied that she would send somebody to clean the room immediately. However, for the duration of my stay, nobody came to clean the bathroom. It seems to me that the quality of this hotel has taken a steep nosedive since the recent change of ownership. A clean room and a somewhat reliable staff are the bare minimum not only for a four-star hotel, but for any hotel. I won't return.

  Aamiainen oli monipuolinen.

  Käsisaippua oli lopussa. Vuoteissa vain yksi peitto kahdelle henkilölle. Vaikka asujia oli neljä, niin pyyhkeitä oli aluksi vain kahdelle.
