View

Disappointing and poor value. House needs many rectifications.
View, nice neighbours.
Wifi useless, pans broken, outdoor furniture uncomfortable, main toilet basin needs replacing, ensuite toilet roll holder broken off wall, dusty furniture led to allergies, no pepper in grinder, no clue what type of oil in oil dispenser.

The reception staff is really not professional and unfriendly, we already paid through the booking before staying, and we definitely sure it’s not on PENDING, but the staff let us to pay again 700+ NZD, even hadn’t checked the receipt . We were stay at the reception for ages, cause we didn’t have the signal and internet, the staff just arguing with us, said THEY HAVEN RECEIVED THE PAYMENT, without check. When the staff noticed that was their mistake, just say a sorry, thats all.

Perfect mountain & lake views
The house is very comfortable, clean and has a homely vibe. The view from the lounge& kitchen is fabulous. There is an outside dining area perfect for an afternoon drink whilst taking in the scenery. Walking distance to the main attractions. We've stayed here previously & will definitely stay again.
