  The view is really beautiful, and honestly it's the main reason I wouldn't rate this place even lower. The staff are friendly. When we arrived they helped us straight away with our luggage, and there was champagne and dessert waiting in the room, which was a nice touch. Raffaele was very kind and really made our stay better. A special thank you to the lovely young woman from reception who drove us up to the main road in her own car on our last morning so we could catch our ferry. We really appreciated it!

  This is simply not a 5-star hotel, 4 at most. Our room felt more like a storage room than a hotel room: very small, with a tiny shower that leaks water all over the floor. The bed was uncomfortable, and we both had back pain the whole stay and couldn't sleep properly. On our last night we came back after a long day to find half the floor covered in ants. They got into our suitcases and all over our clothes, and it took us an hour just to clean everything. To be fair, they offered us another room right away, but the balcony there was full of ants too. Breakfast is limited and only starts at 8:00, which made check-out morning really stressful. The coffee is also just not good, and that's a disappointing way to start the day. We tried a different kind every morning and were let down every time: too strong, too bitter, or not even hot. Almost every hotel gives you at least one free bottle of water. Here there wasn't a single one, and we paid €7 for a bottle. One more important thing if you don't have a car or scooter: you're pretty much stuck. The hotel is 15 minutes from Sorrento, and the shuttle only goes to one stop in town, starting at 9:30. We asked once to leave earlier for a ferry and were refused because the drivers only start at 9:15. A 15-minute taxi costs around €70, and when we mentioned it at reception they laughed and said that's the "tourist price". For a hotel in this location, a reliable shuttle should be a basic service.

  Персонал очень обходительный. В связи с празднованием дня рождения супруги они нам предложили upgrade со стандартного номера до сьюта Очень удобная система общения/заказа через чат в Ватсапе Очень приличная кухня (кроме завтраков) Практически каждый час ходит шатл в Сорренто и обратно. Последний возвращается в 23-30

  Были в конце сезона и все уже закрывалось и в целом выглядело немного уставшим. Завтрак очень слабый

  Generally a lovely stay in an amazing location!

  The location is unbelievable! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

  The food was very small portions. The drinks are over priced. We had issues with our shower not being hot enough.
