  We didn’t feel welcomed it was stressful

  - the house was big and nice and there is a walking distance to the town (around 1-1.5km) but that’s it.

  I don’t know where to start. This owners are kind of sketchy. They have a nice description on Booking and everything looks amazing but once you click on “Book your stay” button there is no way back (non refundable) and that is the magic trick (you can also read other reviews about this) After, You get all sorts of messages and owner insist on keeping it on WhatsApp rather than booking for very good reason of course. - they told me we have 350GB of internet and it would be nice if we leave something for other guests as well lol (this was the cherry on top) read next. - you need to bring your own towel and stress yourself about a trash (where to put it and what time and if you won’t they will take 70€ from the deposit), you need to pay for electricity as well which is crazy! For that amount of money. - what made me angry was the answer about AC. I asked about it and owner said that we dont need an AC in October and its healthier for us! Man Im paying 1300€ for the accommodation why does it matter?? Then he sent me an instructions where to find it. - I politely asked about the beach mats if they are somewhere in the house and if not its okay, the owner send me a 500 word message about how this is not a hotel and etc… and they don’t provide these things. I just asked a simple question nothing else.. - After all of these messages I got a message on booking that its strictly forbidden to smoke inside of property. When we came I asked about smoking OUTSIDE on terrace and he was fine with that he even provided an ashtray but after all of these messages we got a message from a booking? Probably they got angry and started to complain about us even tho we respected the house rules. - and to finish this beautiful stay, after few normal questions I had, he simply asked me if we wanna cancel our stay and book some hotel.

  Un'esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere: comfort, tranquillità e autentica atmosfera sarda.

  Abbiamo trascorso 14 splendide notti in questa casa insieme ai nostri due figli adolescenti e ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. La villetta si trova all'interno di un tranquillo residence privato con accesso riservato tramite sbarra automatica. L'ambiente è molto curato, silenzioso e piacevole. La posizione è davvero eccellente: due grandi supermercati si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi e il centro di Villasimius dista circa 700 metri. La casa è ancora più bella dal vivo che nelle fotografie. Al piano terra si trovano un ampio soggiorno con cucina perfettamente attrezzata, un bagno con doccia e una splendida terrazza coperta immersa nel verde, ideale per colazioni, pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il giardino privato, con una grande palma e tante piante mediterranee, crea un'atmosfera di assoluto relax. È presente anche un barbecue e un camino esterno. Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto indipendenti, una con un grazioso balconcino, e un secondo bagno molto spazioso. Ogni camera è dotata di un moderno climatizzatore, per un totale di quattro climatizzatori in tutta la casa, che rendono il soggiorno piacevole anche nelle giornate più calde. L'arredamento, in autentico stile sardo, è elegante e curato nei dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile e non abbiamo mai percepito odori sgradevoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario: sempre disponibile, estremamente gentile e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. Anche il posto auto privato all'interno della proprietà è stato molto comodo. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge in pochi minuti d'auto. L'unico costo aggiuntivo è quello dell'energia elettrica, calcolato in base ai consumi, ma lo abbiamo trovato assolutamente corretto e contenuto. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa. Se dovessimo tornare a Villasimius, sceglieremmo questa casa senza alcuna esitazione. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  L'unico piccolo suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare riguarda la connessione Wi-Fi, che per la navigazione e soprattutto per lo streaming video a volte risultava un po' lenta. Inoltre, una lavastoviglie renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più comodo, soprattutto per le famiglie che si fermano una o due settimane. Per il resto, è stato tutto davvero eccellente.

  A beautiful house, with a large patio where we had all our meals and relaxed in the shade. We were 5 + a toddler. Whitout the patio it would have been a little cramped. The location was perfect, short distances to all we wanted to do.

  It was a little stressful to have get get rid of all our waste at the end of our stay, but the ecocenter is close by so it was not a problem. You have to bring your own towels. We brought some old ones that also ended at the ecocenter at the end.
