The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Knez Mihailova Street and the very heart of the city. The free private parking is a huge advantage. The key handover, use of the parking, and communication with the owner were all at a very high level.
Less positive: The entire building is quite old, and the elevator is very noisy. During the night, it feels almost as if the elevator is passing directly through the apartment, with noticeable banging and noise. The furniture is decent but somewhat worn. There are some stains in the bathroom and shower cabin, as well as on the walls. There are also yellowish stains on the mattress, apparently due to age, and the TV cables are quite untidy. The TV in bedroom itself is white, but has become yellowish over time. Although the apartment was very clean, the age of the building and some small details do affect the overall impression.
