We loved our visit to London and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved having such a lovely living space to enjoy our family time together. Having the kitchen space was nice for breakfast and tea. The location was fantastic! Right on Piccadilly Street so a straight shot to the center of town (theatres and museums) and only a block from the tube. A straight shot to and from Heathrow. And a nice selection of food and drinks just behind the building. It was perfect!

It was a bit dingy, older building. And it was actively under construction which made for very loud mornings, but the price and location were enough to keep us from being overly distressed by it.

Comfortable but needs TLC considering the price!

Good location, comfortable beds. Kitchen well kitted out with top end appliances although we didnt use anything else except the kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Major construction on the next building Monday-Saturday from 5am - 8pm and probably through the night as the lights remain on 24/7. Very, very noisy and dusty! Construction happening at 100 Piccadilly too so dusty at the moment. The carpets from the lift in the corridors need replacing and the walls need a paint. Apartment itself has such potential but its not clean and needs some TLC. Wooden windows/doors.dont.lock or shut properly, the towel rail in the one bathroom was very hot and although "fixed" by the host it was still very warm.. The shower is not user friendly with the door opening inwards. The bath with shower in the main bathroom is very high to get out of and the floor tiles are slippery making it a major accident waiting to happen. Hopefully a good paint and fixing up and it will be a gorgeous!

Good location and spacious apartment but smelly. Pillows were the worst!

The apartment was spacious with plenty of seating, a full kitchen and a washing machine. Good location across from Green Park and not far to the tube station. It had lift access.

The pillows were terrible - made it very hard to sleep. When we arrived there wasn’t even any toilet paper in the bathrooms - luckily we could run to Tesco before it closed and grab some. A few teabags were provided but upon opening they seemed to be years old, they were discoloured and looked awful. There was a reed diffuser in the entry that was very overpowering with an extremely unpleasant smell (maybe to mask cigarette smell?). We were advised a refund would be offered for our last night as we added extra nights at the start, but then this changed to a refund only being available if the room could be rented to someone else. But they didn’t update the dates so the room appeared unavailable and couldn’t possibly be rented to someone else.
