    Impressive on every level!

    The best hotel in which I have ever stayed. I am 63. Every aspect of this hotel is truly first class and more. The spacious rooms, wonderful facilities and marvellous food. The location on the tea plantation ensures a scenic and quiet experience. The pool area is private and perfect. The plants are beautifully maintained. The staff are uniformly friendly, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Pretty, the wonderful ambassador for the Mayfair Group in the Vintage Bar, Arindam for his ever helpful service in the quite amazing breakfast lounge and Shivanash who afforded us a warm welcome on arrival and set us up for a profoundly enjoyable and satisfying first stay in a Mayfair hotel.

    Overall it was a great stay, will totally recommend this property for a short stay!

    The breakfast spread was generous, and the staff were very courteous!

    The rooms should have lamps/reading lights.
