Bed bugs, unclean, worse for wear
Property is tired and unlike what is shown on the photographs, it’s a worse-for-wear and unclean. There was two of us and we both arrived ill so we’re bed bound for the first 2 days of our stay, by the end of the trip I was absolutely covered in bites - some were mosquito bites which was fine but the rest were from bed bugs. I hadn’t noticed them at first as I was so ill from Bali belly, but once I had the doctor out and started feeling my better I began to investigate as I had lots of little bites around my feet and ankles. I did report it to the villa and they told me there were no signs of them, even although I have photo evidence of the bites and the bugs. The place needs a proper good deep clean and some better attention to detail in key areas. Also loads of ants in the bathroom area as it’s technically outside, which can get annoying too. When we got the doctor out to give us the IV, the villa manager gave us no privacy and watched from outside the bedrooms which was really frustrating as we did ask him to leave but I don’t think he understood.

It was short but not sweet. Very disappointing.
Lovely pool and garden area. The property was clean with comfortable beds but we slept in only one as the door to one bungalow wouldn’t open or close properly and felt unsafe.
The location was totally unsuitable as it was unsafe to walk on the roads due to lack of pavement and volume of traffic. Within the property itself the ‘death stairs’ were a hazard and it was on at least 5 levels. There was also very noisy building work next door. We cut our stay short and left after 1 night. The towels smelt of cat piss.

The stay was never relaxing we had to be on guard at all times due to the Monkeys this place was a dump that looks lovel
The staff tried hard but were not trained and were overworked.
It was dirty and run down the windows, showers and floors were all filthy with slime and stains. TV’s didn’t work, toilet seats were the wrong size for the toilets. The pool had many tiles missing and wasn’t cleaned properly

Ziet er op de foto's beter uit dan het in werkelijkheid is. Redelijk wat achterstallig onderhoud. Hygiënisch was er ook wel het één en ander op aan te merken. We hebben daarom bij aankomst in Maysa gelijk een ander verblijf geboekt en zijn daar dezelfde middag nog naar toegegaan.
