Appartement moderne et confortable, 15mn à pied du musée Guggenheim
Appartement refait à neuf, très bien situé, confortable et silencieux.
L'équipe de la cuisine est un peu juste, il n'y a pas de vrai couteau de cuisine ni de planche à découper.

Central location, but completely ruined by a hostile, untrustworthy host
Avoid this property at all costs. The host showed extreme bad faith from day one. Immediately after booking, she illegally tried to cancel my reservation to price-gouge me for a rugby tournament weekend, demanding an astronomical €3,000 instead of the €878 I legally paid. When Booking.com formally intervened and forced her to honour the booking, she actively tried to manipulate me into bypassing the platform entirely to book with her directly. Thankfully, despite her trying to get me to book directly, we chose to stay through the platform. Following checkout, the host launched a retaliatory campaign. She entirely bypassed Booking.com’s official channels and instead contacted me via WhatsApp days after I checked out to demand a fabricated €420 damage bill for routine wear-and-tear maintenance items without Booking.com's assistance.Following a formal escalation, Booking.com conducted a thorough investigation into this matter. As a direct result of this platform investigation, all of the host's fabricated claims were officially dismissed and closed permanently in my favour due to insufficient evidence. The building entrance has zero security. This is a predatory operator running a deceptive business—stay elsewhere.
