The location is great and the house is really well equipped with beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious rooms and plenty of hot water.

There was an unpleasant smell in the downstairs bathroom, not sure if a drainage pipe needs checked for any issues. Sofas could do with an upgrade in the lounge, very uncomfortable and hard to get out of for older people.
