    The property was very clean inside. Everything we needed was there. Gave us more towels than we needed. I thought we were getting a 2 bedroom, but was given a 3 bedroom instead. Greatly surprised. The front desk attendants were very friendly. If we had any questions, response was immediate.

    The only thing about the property that I didn’t like was the one bedroom window felt as if it was not closed. Being in the city there is always the noise but you could hear conversations of people walking by at all hours. Not the host’s fault.

    Al di sotto delle mie aspettative

    Gli spazi ampi e funzionali dell' alloggio, i letti comodi, il metro a cinque minuti.

    Ho prenotato l' appuntamento specificando che saremmo stati in 5 adulti. Non ho apprezzato che nell' offerta si facesse riferimento alla presenza di un divano letto quando invece ci siamo ritrovati un semplice divano componibile a cubi e quindi non un sofà. Quando ho sollevato la questione mi è stato proposto in alternativa un materasso gonfiabile.Inoltre, avrei gradito sapere che l' uso di lavatrice ed asciugatrice era a pagamento, altra cosa non menzionata nel contratto.
