    The location can’t be beat. We enjoyed the views across the harbor and the beautiful sunsets. Beds were comfy and having access to the outdoors gave us all a nice open air space to gather and have some fun.

    Honestly, there were some disappointments with the amenities. For the price, I didn’t expect to be staying at a place that appeared to be somewhere in the middle of a renovation project and the amenities seemed to be limited. There aren’t enough plates or glasses for the number of guests, and there just a lack of maintenance that I was surprised at, like unrepaired holes in the walls, a toilet seat that was clearly loose, an exposed baseboard radiator right in front of the toilet, and, while the sun porch was nice, it was obviously aged and didn’t have much air flow. It should be on the list of too 3 things to re-do. Finally the bathroom in the hallway is right next to the master bedroom, and within two way ear shot of everything that goes on in either space. There’s no need for the door that br in light of the fact that it already has its own bathroom. It was just an uncomfortable lack of privacy. Finally, some complimentary beach towels and maybe fishing or recreational boating equipment (kayaks?) would greatly enhance the experience.

    Wonderful visit. Erni is a fantastic host! We will be returning.

    We were visiting family and the location was ideal. Beautiful water view from back of home. The home was super clean and well organized.
