A perfect cottage to stay with friends or family.

The cottage is beautiful. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. Parking is available both on the drive and in the close. The location was very peaceful with a very pretty church and walks nearby.

Meadowbrook House was the perfect place for our family to stay. Comfortable, clean and cosy :-) Location was excellent to visit Dartmouth, Paignton, Torquay and lots of other beaches and places of interest.

    Nothing - it was perfect!

    Satisfactory for what we needed.

The property was clean and in a good location with comfortable beds. Parking at the front of the property was really handy. Easy instructions to enter when we arrived.

The description stated that the property had two bathrooms which is incorrect. It has one shower room and one cloakroom. If we had known this we would not have booked as we were four adults sharing one shower room. Not ideal when getting ready to attend a wedding! Luckily we knew each other well. The property would benefit from a full length mirror.
