    Property was clean and tidy when we checked in. Had everything needed

    Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of its location and the lack of basic room cleaning. The hotel is located right on the coast, where there was constantly very strong wind. Because of the wind and the sand being blown directly into our faces, it was practically impossible to swim or relax on the beach. We had to travel to nearby beaches every day just to be able to enjoy the ocean and spend some time on the beach. There was also no air conditioning in our room, so we had to keep the windows open. As a result, the strong wind blew a lot of sand into the room. During the five days we stayed at the hotel, nobody came to clean our room or remove the sand. We had to sweep the floor ourselves every day. The pool area was also disappointing. Several of the sun loungers were broken, and there were no umbrellas at all, so there was no shade from the sun. Access to the swimming pool was also very inconvenient — we could only enter using a key, and we had to take a long detour to get there.
