Estancia muy agradable
El apartamento está ubicado en un complejo precioso y muy bien mantenido. Sin duda, lo mejor de todo para nosotros fueron la piscina y la azotea. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con la agencia fue perfecta y muy rápida; tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas y los solucionaron enseguida. Muy profesionales.
El apartamento necesita un poco de mantenimiento y renovación en algunos detalles. No es nada grave, pero se nota el desgaste en cosas como el sofá, que estaba bastante hundido, o algunos vasos que encontramos rotos en la cocina. Otro punto "negativo": El ruido de los aviones es un factor a tener en cuenta, especialmente para quienes tengan sueño ligero, ya que solo hay una pausa entre la 1 y las 5 de la mañana.

Excellent stay by the ocean
The complex Los Martinez is in a quiet part of El Médano which I like. The beaches are wild and pretty much empty off season. It is about 10-15 minutes nice walk to the centre of town. Isas Penthouse was very comfortable for our group of friends. Each had their privacy and we could meet in the kitchen/living room, on the balcony or roof terrace. The position of the apartment at the back part of the house makes it cozy and it still has a great view of the ocean.
Lightbulbs in some of the lights by the bed were strong cold white colour. It was not cozy.
