The crazy woman organising checkin nearly drove me insane with her controll-freakery. Because of her I decided not to extend my stay. No water at all for 12 hours - please dont try and dont claim it was less than that, as you did. This crazy woman claimed she didnt have change for my local tax cash payment, and never gave me the change. I stated well before check in that I needed to put my bike somewhere safe. No responses before arrival and no possibility of that when I arrived. Forced to try and put my 5000 euro bike in a local parking lot (at a cost to me) but both attempts failed it was closed. Nasty notes when I parked the bike with other bikes and motorcycles on the property. This is all nonsence and shouldnt be allowed on booking.com. Shame on you.

Ottima esperienza
La stanza era perfettamente pulita e curata, meglio non poteva andare. Se tornerò a Palermo, prenoterò di nuovo qui.
