The location is excellent, but some of the furniture and furnishings look tired. Not luxury.
The location is great, at easy walking distance to metro stations, restaurants and local shopping. Despite being in a busy area the apartment is quiet. The kitchen is small but well equipped and the bathroom is also small but clean and functional.
The lounge/dining room is cluttered with a large coffee table and a large artificial plant which leave very little room for guests. Despite having 6 chairs, the dining table is squashed between the coffee table and the wall and barely accommodates 2 people comfortably. The rug in the lounge/dining room needs a good wash.
