  DIAS ARRUINADOS

  Cuando llegamos nos encontramos la llave en el buzón tal cual nos habían dicho, pero no nos habían dejado el mando a distancia que abría el portón para entrar a la zona del apartamento, así que llamamos al número de teléfono que nos habían dado desde booking y nos dijeron que enseguida llegaban. Cuando veíamos que el tiempo pasaba y no llegaba a nadie volvemos a llamar y al cabo de una hora aparecieron abrirnos el portón con lo cual, estuvimos con un bebé de 9 meses a las 4 de la tarde durante una hora esperando que alguien viniese a abrirnos a pesar de que habíamos avisado de que llegábamos a las cuatro. Cuando por fin conseguimos entrar, nos encontramos que el apartamento era totalmente distinto a las fotos que publicadas en booking. El inodoro tenía la tapa en el suelo las baldas de las ventanas de metacrilato estaban rotas o faltaban, las contraventanas de madera estaban despegadas de los marcos y se caían si las tocabas, en el techo había desconchones que se caían y cuando intentabas poner el aire acondicionado saltaban los fusibles, así que hemos pasado un calor insoportable. Por mucho que llamábamos o escribíamos al número que teníamos nadie ya nadie nos contestaba y nadie nos respondió nunca. Ese primer día enviamos todas las fotos para que estuviesen informados y no recibimos ninguna respuesta. Para rematar ese primer día, cuando intentábamos salir del apartamento comenzaba a sonar la alarma y las instrucciones no estaban por ninguna parte. Volvemos a intentar llamar al número de teléfono para informarles de que estaba sonando la alarma y seguían sin contestarnos, por fin un vecino del mismo lugar llamó el mismo y a él casualmente sí que le contestaron. En ese momento la solución que nos dieron es que quitásemos las pilas de la alarma porque el propietario decía que hacía meses que no la pagaba y que en la agencia a la que llamábamos no tenían ningún código para desbloquearla.

  We were disappointed with our stay, primarily because the accommodation did not match the impression given by the listing. The listing advertises an "Entire apartment", but it does not clearly explain that the property is divided into three separate guest units sharing the outdoor areas. Before booking, there was nothing that made it clear to us that the garden and pool would be shared with other unrelated guests. Had this been disclosed, we would likely have chosen different accommodation. For the first few days there were no other guests staying at the property, so we naturally assumed the outdoor space was for our use. We left some of our belongings in the garden while we were out for the day. When we returned, a large group of guests had arrived and our belongings had been moved without our permission. Fortunately nothing was missing, but it was an uncomfortable situation that could easily have been avoided if the shared nature of the property had been made clear from the outset. Some of the advertised amenities were also not fully accessible. For example, the ping pong table was shown in the listing, but the bats and balls were locked away in areas we could not access, making it unusable during our stay. The accommodation itself was acceptable, still looks like they are trying to renovate the property, but the lack of transparency about the shared outdoor spaces significantly affected our experience. We also attempted to resolve the matter directly with both the property and Booking.com after our stay, but no resolution or goodwill gesture was offered. I hope this review helps future guests make a fully informed decision before booking.
