Great family apartment , good location , indoor pool a real treat for the kids to avoid the heat.
Apartment is spacious , light , well equipped and the balcony is great. We enjoyed eating on the balcony in the evening and watching the sun go down.
Nothing that we didn’t like. A bit confusing to why we have to pay 7.50 each time we used the washing machine. But other than that no real complaints. Gym equipment could use a clean and a bit of an update but that’s nothing really to do with the actual property itself.

Ondanks deze nare ervaringen hebben wij toch met z’n tweeën een plezierige tijd gehad.
De locatie was perfect: La Zenia ligt dichtbij, en tegenover het appartement zijn een supermarkt en diverse restaurants te vinden.
Bij aankomst bleek dat de faciliteiten niet beschikbaar waren, iets wat vooraf niet met ons was gecommuniceerd. Het buitenzwembad en de gym waren gesloten. Na contact met Claudia werden wij doorverwezen naar de eigenaar. Na heen en weer te hebben geappt met de eigenaar, werd ons een vergoeding van slechts €2,50 per persoon per dag aangeboden. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar stel je voor dat je met een gezin reist, inclusief kinderen—wat kun je dan doen met €2,50 per dag? Uiteindelijk hebben wij het erbij laten zitten, omdat we van onze vakantie wilden genieten, en hebben we een alternatief gezocht. Later werd het buitenzwembad wel geopend, maar wij hadden geen toegang. Het tweepersoonsbed was slecht: het kraakte bij iedere beweging en de matrashoes was oud en pluizig. Na ons vertrek werden wij beschuldigd van het beschadigen van een sapkan en het verkeerd gebruiken van een handdoek. Er werd ons meegedeeld dat het compensatiebedrag hiervoor in mindering zou worden gebracht. Het ergste was echter dat de host per ongeluk een klok liet vallen op mijn dure bril van €500, maar zij weigerde haar eigen verzekering in te schakelen. Al met al was dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
