Please note air conditioning is available in rooms from the end of May until October. Guests are required to show the credit card used during booking and a valid ID. Safe deposit boxes are available for an extra charge. Please note that children aged from 2 to 12 years old are considered children in terms of rates and occupancy. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Reservations with half-board do not include drinks in the restaurant. Only the following pets are allowed: dogs and cats. Maximum weight: 7 kg. Maximum of 1 pet per room. Always subject to availability and prior authorization from the hotel. Supplement: €25 VAT included per pet per night. For hygiene, sanitary, and food safety reasons, pets are not allowed in: Buffet Restaurant, Ondina Restaurant, inside Frankies Restaurant, pool area, or solarium. For safety reasons, animal welfare, and respect for other guests: Pets may not remain alone in the room at any time. They must always be kept on a leash or inside a carrier in all common areas. The owner is responsible for preventing barking, meowing, or any behavior that may disturb other guests. The owner must immediately clean up any waste the pet may produce, both inside and outside the property. Guests with a bed-and-breakfast plan should note that pets cannot access the buffet restaurant. Since they also cannot be left alone in the room, room service will be offered for breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
