    Schön, aber Preis-Leistung nicht ideal

    Die FeWo ist in einer sehr neuen Doppelhaushälfte, schön eingerichtet, Bad und Küche top auch in der Verarbeitung. Lage ganz gut, mit Rädern in 5min zum Strand oder 8min zur Seebrücke. Supermarkt in 800m, Bäcker ebenso. Ruhige Lage. Schüssel abholen unkompliziert, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur, wir hätten auch 3 Stunden früher rein dürfen.

    Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht ganz, dafür ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu viel: WLAN katastrophal, bei allen Usern während unseres Aufenthaltes, auch nach On-Off am Router. Der Garten ist recht lieblos, Rasenfläche eingemauert von 3 Mauern, auf die man schauen "muss", keine Büsche, keine Blumen, nur Rollrasen, bei dem nach Regen das Wasser kaum abfließt. Mücken (dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts) ein Riesenproblem, im Garten nicht auszuhalten, nicht ohne Grund haben fast alle Fenster (auch der Nachbarhäuser) Mückengitter. Haus sehr hellhörig, jeden Schritt im 2. OG hört man im 1. OG zB. Nächstes Mal in Zingst würden wir eher zu der Unterkunft aus dem Vorjahr, die einige hundert Euro günstiger war pro Woche.
